SHIPPING

All orders that are shipped are sent using UPS®. Orders must be shipped to a physical address that UPS® will deliver to. We can not ship orders to PO BOXES or military boxes.

TURNAROUND TIME / TRANSIT TIME

All orders, once completed, will ship out on the next business day. We can only ship products on days that UPS® is in service. If your order is a for an event or gift, please make sure to allow plenty of time for shipment especially during a busy shipping season.

Transit time will vary depending on your shipping method of choice and how far away your shipping address is from our facility. Please consult UPS® website for a better understanding of shipping times and possible delays.

PAYMENTS

All online orders must be paid in full at the time your order is placed. For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Flashions.com Gift Cards.

We can not accept cash or check payments for online orders.

For in-store orders, we will accept the above major credit cards as well as cash, checks (with proper ID) or purchase orders from qualified clients.  At this time we can NOT redeem online gift cards for in-store purchases.
