Order Production Information

Once your order is placed and payment successfully received, it will enter into production.

Standard production time for items can be up to 14 business days but items completed before will ship sooner. Exceptions to this are sales with limited production runs. Please refer to the gray box listed on the item you order for details about the completion and delivery of your items.

This does not include any transit time from UPS if you choose to ship your order.



Available Shipping Options

In Store Pick-up
If you're near our showroom, you can choose "In Store Pick-Up" and save on shipping charges.

UPS Shipping
If you're not near us, we will gladly ship your items to you. We use UPS to ship all of our packages and rates will vary depending on your shipping method and location.

Shipping Offered: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground.



Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

If you receive your order and it is incorrect, we will work with you to fix / replace the item to your satisfaction. In the event of an exchange, items can only be exchanged for a similar item. Customized items can not be returned once they are imprinted.

Once an order has entered into production, we can NOT cancel the order.
